A note on tangerines  
You know the tangerines you can get by the bag at the store, starting at around this time of year?  Not in Florida or maybe California, but just about everywhere else?  And how they're really tart and difficult to peel, and how most of the time the insides are slightly dried out and hard?  And how they're insanely tiny compared to the ones you may have had, if you've ever had good ones?

Yeah.  If you've had them fresh off the bush/tree in Florida at your grandfather's piece of land off Lake Okeechobee, the storebought ones just aren't worth buying.

But I keep forgetting and get a bag of them every year anyway.

And they're at least okay enough to remind me.  ;)

Are they clementines? Joey absolutely loves them. We just got a bag though they're already half gone. Never had them fresh though.

We ended up juicing ours with some apples and red grapes. Tasty. Not only was this batch hard to peel, but they were extra seedy too for some reason?

Hahaha... I have this urge to collect responses and chart tangerine quality by geographical location. I've been coding WAY too many surveys this semester...
